Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you and Akari Flow ("Akari Flow," "the Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of akariflow.com (the "Site") and any services described therein. By accessing the Site or requesting a free review with the Company, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorized to access or use the Site.

2. Description of Services

Akari Flow provides business operations consulting and implementation services, including operational audits, workflow reviews, missed-call and follow-up systems, scheduling systems, and related automation, configured and managed on the client's behalf using third-party software platforms (collectively, the "Services"). The specific scope, deliverables, pricing, and timeline applicable to any engagement will be set forth in a separate proposal, statement of work, or services agreement between the Company and the client. These Terms govern use of the Site and do not, by themselves, constitute a services agreement.

3. Requesting a Free Review

The Site uses a booking tool built on Google's infrastructure to let you view available times and request a free review. By submitting a booking request, you represent that the information provided is accurate and complete. The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to decline or reschedule any booking, including where a request falls outside the industries or services the Company supports.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Any recommendations, audits, or operational plans provided by the Company are based on the information available at the time of the applicable engagement and are intended to provide guidance, not to guarantee any particular outcome. The Company makes no representation or warranty regarding specific business results, including revenue growth or time savings, as such outcomes depend on factors beyond the Company's control.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, design elements, graphics, and logos, is owned by the Company or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Except as necessary to use the Site for its intended purpose, no portion of the Site may be reproduced, distributed, or otherwise used without the Company's prior written consent.

6. Acceptable Use

In connection with your use of the Site, you agree that you will not:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose;
• Attempt to obtain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's normal operation, including its scheduling functionality; or
• Submit false or misleading information in connection with a booking request.

7. Third-Party Services

The Site may link to, or incorporate, third-party services, including Google's booking and calendar infrastructure. The Company does not control such third parties and is not responsible for their content, availability, or business practices. Use of any third-party service is governed by that provider's own terms and policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to use of the Site or the Services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to These Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The "Effective Date" above reflects the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site following any such modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
