By accessing the Site or scheduling a consultation with the Company, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. Akari Flow provides business operations consulting and automation services, including website audits, workflow reviews, and related advisory services, as described on the Site (collectively, the "Services"). 3. Scheduling of Consultations

The Site utilizes Calendly to facilitate the scheduling of consultations. By submitting a booking request, you represent that the information provided is accurate and complete, and you agree to Calendly's own terms of use governing the scheduling tool. The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to decline or reschedule any booking, including where a request falls outside the industries or services the Company supports.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Any recommendations, audits, or operational plans provided by the Company are based on the information available at the time of the applicable engagement and are intended to provide guidance, not to guarantee any particular outcome. The Company makes no representation or warranty regarding specific business results, including revenue growth or time savings, as such outcomes depend on factors beyond the Company's control.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, design elements, graphics, and logos, is owned by the Company or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Except as necessary to use the Site for its intended purpose, no portion of the Site may be reproduced, distributed, or otherwise used without the Company's prior written consent.
